Great to listen to your experience of riding lejog this morning on Wonans Hour. So very hard to express how it feels to ride a bike the length of Britain in a short time to someone who might not have experienced the journey. Your description of climbing from the car after returning home being more uncomfortable than riding ever day.
Your story could inspire so many people to take to cycling and the cause you completed the ride in aid of deserves every donation.
